Meet The Owner

Brooke McClish — Professional Dancer & Performance Coach

Brooke McClish is a professional ballroom dancer, coach, and athlete with over 27 years of dance experience and a career built on elite performance, education, and leadership.

She is the owner of two dance schools and two ballroom competitions, where she develops dancers at every level—from first-time competitors to seasoned professionals. Her coaching blends technical excellence with athletic conditioning to create strong, resilient, and expressive performers.

Beyond the dance floor, Brooke is a CrossFit coach, regional-level athlete, and certified personal trainer. At just 19 years old, she broke the record for the raw bench press, showcasing her lifelong commitment to strength and high-level performance.

Brooke designs customized training programs for both dancers and non-dancers, applying biomechanics, strength training, flexibility work, and nutrition guidance to help each client reach their individual goals. She has successfully trained elite athletes and complete beginners, meeting each person exactly where they are in their journey.

Known for her dedication, attention to detail, and supportive coaching style, Brooke is deeply committed to guiding clients through transitions—whether they are returning from injury, changing careers, stepping into competition, or beginning their fitness journey for the first time.

Her mission is simple: to help people move better, grow stronger, and perform at their highest potential—on and off the dance floor.

Brooke McClish’s journey began on the dance floor at just a few years old. What started as a passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit. Over the next 27 years, dance shaped not only her career, but her understanding of discipline, movement, and the human body.

As Brooke advanced into the professional ballroom world, she learned that elite performance requires more than talent—it demands strength, resilience, and intelligent training. Rather than accepting the limitations often placed on dancers, she pushed beyond them, becoming not only a professional dancer, but also a powerful athlete. Her curiosity and drive led her into the world of CrossFit, where she became a coach and regional-level athlete, further refining her knowledge of conditioning, biomechanics, and performance under pressure. She brought these lessons back to the dance community, filling a gap she had experienced firsthand.
